The first recorded use of Kombucha comes from China in 221 BC during the Tsin Dynasty. It was known as “The Tea of Immortality”. It has been used in Eastern Europe, Russia and Japan for several centuries. It’s from Japan in 415 AD that the name kombucha is said to have come.
Kombucha is antibacterial (kills H-pylori on contact) & antifungal (particularly against Candida), benefits of Green Tea, Heart Disease risk (can greatly improve two markers of this disease LDL & HDL cholesterol in as little as 30 days), protects against cancer (tea polyphenols & antioxidants).
Special Attention: this is our concentrated version of pure Kombucha. It is important to do not overdose on it. 5-8 tablespoons (small “shot”) mixed with water or your favourite drink is therapeutically enough. It can be taken 3 to 4 times daily.
