French Alps – the beginning of Kefir & Kombucha Malaysia.
We have spent the winter and spring in the beautiful French Alps on the amazing mountain Lake of Annecy.
During our 6 months stay, we had the opportunity to taste many different types of Kefir & Kombucha besides the famous wines of France! We have fermented our own and have brought the French variety of Kefir Grains and Kombucha SCOOBY to Malaysia.
Later on we have procured Tibetan variety of Kefir Grains and also a Kombucha SCOOBY which origin is unknown.
K&K begins in The French Alps.

Our technique for the potency of probiotics.
We have developed a technique to train our bacterium in different environments. We believe that not each type of bacteria is the same even though they have the same scientific name and known characteristics. By training our bacterium in different environments we prepare them to face the different sets of challenges when ingested by our customers. And we all know – not one stomach or gut is the same. Not only different people have different guts, but during the day the gut changes its chemistry. So a better trained bacteria and yeasts will be more resistant and hence more potent to bring the well needed probiotic signature to our gut and journey you to a healthier you.

Often only 2 table spoons of our craft Kombucha were capable to heal the onset of a sudden diarrhea in a space of 10-15 min after ingesting it.

It is against the law and it will not be fair for us to make a medical claim in regard to the health benefits of Kefir & Kombucha for some human diseases and imbalances. But we think it is important also to share our experience among the humans in regard to the natural state of health and what can contribute to it. So this is the idea we had when we decided to brew Kefir & Kombucha for people of Malaysia!
